These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at pario.io and any related content, forms, and communications provided by Pario LLC ("Pario," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Pario LLC is a United States limited liability company that builds AI-powered software for document intelligence, regulatory compliance, and decision support. You can reach us at info@pario.io.

2. Use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Use the site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or related systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the site;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms, including a mobile number you are not authorized to provide;
  • Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the site except as permitted by our robots.txt; or
  • Use the site to transmit unsolicited commercial messages, malware, or harmful code.

3. Inquiries and communications

When you submit our contact form, you consent to us contacting you at the email address you provide in order to respond to your inquiry. If you additionally provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages as described in our Messaging Terms. SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase or of receiving a response.

Please do not send confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the contact form. Information you submit through the form is not treated as confidential unless we have a signed agreement in place that says otherwise.

4. Intellectual property

The site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the Pario mark, product names such as ClearEval and Systems Builder Pro, software, and design — are owned by Pario LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the site for your own informational and business evaluation purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written consent.

5. Products and availability

Product descriptions on this site — including those for ClearEval and Systems Builder Pro — describe capabilities under active development or offered in partnership. Features, availability, timelines, and pricing may change. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, commitment, or guarantee of any particular capability, result, or delivery date. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

6. Third-party sites and services

The site links to third-party websites, including systemsbuilder.pro. We provide those links for convenience and do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.

7. No professional advice

Content on this site — including material about regulatory frameworks such as FDA, USDA, ISO, GFSI, CMMC, and SOC 2 — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, financial, or professional advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals or for your own determination of your obligations. You remain solely responsible for your compliance posture and regulatory obligations.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pario LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the site, regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pario LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or where necessary to protect the site or other users.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Pario LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Messaging Terms, are the entire agreement between you and Pario LLC regarding the site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
