Pario LLC ("Pario," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through pario.io and our related services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Mobile information is never sold or shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you complete a form on our site or contact us directly, we may collect:
- Contact details — your name, email address, company name, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile phone number.
- Inquiry content — the message you send us and the product or service you indicate interest in.
- Consent records — whether you opted in to receive text messages, along with the date, time, and the exact consent language displayed to you at the moment you opted in.
Information collected automatically
Our website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically processes standard server request data — including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of your request — for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting against abuse. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or behavioral profiling cookies on pario.io.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address to deliver the font files; see Google's Privacy Policy.

We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and provide the information or demo you requested;

4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable business record, and we keep SMS consent and opt-out records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

- Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Email opt-out. You can ask us to stop sending non-essential email at any time.
- SMS opt-out. Reply STOP to any message, or contact us directly.
- State privacy rights. Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia — you may have additional rights regarding access, deletion, correction, portability, and opting out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
Pario LLC operates in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Third-party links
Our site links to other websites, including systemsbuilder.pro. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Please review their policies separately.
